I was actually thinking of the McCain campaign’s “Who is Barack Obama?” mantra when I was listening to the penguin. But as far as mannerisms go, Cheney=The Penguin. Absolutely.

This is a great slate of moments from a 2008 election campaign full of weirdos and strange happenings. Also worthy of consideration would be Huckabee’s Chuck Norris ad (and the idea of Chuck Norris having a relevant impact on anything besides Total Gym sales) and McCain talking about 100 years in Iraq.
